Fostering a Mindset for Change and Sustaining New Habits for a New Way of Living

This will be an interactive and informative session, teaching delegates how to create a mindset motivated to make positive change, and covering the psychology of creating and sustaining new habits for a more beneficial way of living.

Delegates will have tangible tools and strategies to implement, either in their own lives or in their work with clients. They'll get engaging and relatable examples of how to utilise these new mindset and CBT tools and learn ways to motivate themselves, or clients, to embrace change and work in a collaborative way, to get the best outcomes.
